§ 1 User

§ 2 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to § 13 of the German Civil Code [BGB], a “natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity”).

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of Contract Text

The provisions of these GTC apply to orders placed by consumers via the website www.modelldomain.de of the online shop Modellshop.

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).

The presentation and description of goods on the Modellshop website www.modelldomain.de do not constitute a binding offer.

By clicking the “order with obligation to pay” button at the end of the order process, the consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation via email.

The contract text is stored for orders. Consumers receive an email with the order details and the applicable GTC. After conclusion of the contract, the order data is no longer accessible online.

§ 4 Payment

Statutory VAT and other price components are included in the listed prices. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be charged additionally.

The following payment options are available to consumers:

• Klarna
• Instant Bank Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)

§ 5 Delivery, Delivery Restrictions

Delivery takes place – unless otherwise specified in the product description – within 7 business days.

This period begins the day after the payment order is issued in the case of payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

§ 6 Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods remains with the user until the goods are handed over and transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

§ 7 Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods remains with the user until full payment of the purchase price is received.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.
