How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. In periods of high demand, it may take a little longer for your personal package to be ready for dispatch. But don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated via email so you can track your order every step of the way.

Right of Withdrawal

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first goods, if goods are delivered regularly over a defined period of time within the scope of one order.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which the trader cannot influence;
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals except for subscription contracts;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
